Actually, the Mototec Fat Tire 2000w is the fastest. They claim 32mph but I've gotten it to 36 (I'm 165 lbs)

Actually the Goat Hulk EV Scooter is the fastest at 43 mph with a 3000 brushless motor and it looks like a motorcycle..

That's true. I don't recommend riding in wet weather, but sometimes you may have no other choice.
