"just shuffling along", that sounds like my 5k race pace, but with heavy breathing.

Coach. As a father of 2 little kids, working and having a wife that works too, I find that I often have to run on the treadmill, or not run at all. I typically try to do a specific run when on the treadmill (tempo, fartlek, etc...) But I wanted to know if you have any tips or other specific workouts to do if you're forced on the treadmill. I'd love to see a video on how somebody can maximize the use of the treadmill. Thanks for the great videos.

One of the more useful videos. There's so many advices on Internet about training, a bit less, or not so detailed, about warm up. I am just planning to ramp up my marathon training a bit from May and collecting all the bits and pieces. Now if I only knew how to pace myself correctly. :)

Sage, thanks a million for all your training videos - really informative and helpful!
Here's a question. Often, in order to get in a good position at the start of a race, I have to get there early. Which means that my muscles are cooling down rapidly from the warm up. Any suggestions? How long do the muscles remain warm and flexible for?

Sage, first, I want to thank you for sharing your knowledge with all of us. My pace is faster ever since I subscribed to your channel. I started using the spring energy gels and they work great for me. I have always had a question for you that I have not seen you discuss ever since I've subscribed. What do you eat for breakfast on marathon day. Would you please share with me your breakfast meal? Thanks man, best regards, Jose
