Not bike related, but a game changer anyway. I see you had an induction stove which is even better, so preheat a frying pan, put the slices in and when the bottom starts getting crispy again, splash a little bit of water inside the pan and cover with a lid. The water will instantly turn into steam which will melt the cheese, while giving you a crispy crust and perfectly warm toppings to munch on. From preheating a pan to eating leftover pizza that tastes like it's fresh, it will take you around 2-3 minutes. It's slower than heating it in the microwave, but I'd rather lose that little bit of extra time than to eat soggy pizza, especially while in Italy. Clean up (if the pizza isn't too greasy, which can spill into the pan and burn) is just running the pan and the lid under hot water, dry them with a clean dishcloth or paper towels and you're good to go. You'll never eat leftover pizza the same way again.
@@Stuntman175 wow! Thanks for the tip and I wish I’d known that before 😱 I might have to travel back to Italy and get some leftover pizza to try it again
I bought this bike last year. I was looking for a lightish bike, with a good gear set, easy to maintain at a friendly price. This bike hit all points. I do 3-4 rides per week between 40 and 100 km per ride. While not a high performance bike, this bike's performance far exceeds its price tag. I can keep up to those that have clearly over spent. Realistically the bike is an in between an endurance and racer. Most importantly it meets my needs. I love it and no intention of upgrading for one less kg and an extra $4000.
Have you ridden a Van Rysel bike before? And what are your favourite cycling routes in 🇮🇹?
