Very nice! I’m restoring my daughter’s doll now. Hers was completely hand sewn on the face. Her nose and lips are missing. Any advice on redoing them? I tried satin stitching them, but that bunched up. So took them off. I also have the same iron, just in blue 😊
Great doll it just starts out with one Raggedy Ann and before you know it your collection starts growing and growing and then pretty soon you have no more room for any more raggedy Ann's that's what happened with me
I wish I knew how to restore her hair, because so many that are older usually need the hair repaired. I am still trying to figure it out - also because I want to make my own Rag doll and i have no idea how I will do the hair. I have seen some that are glued and that is odd.
I read about the real Annabelle Doll at the Warrens Occult Museum in Monroe, CT and realized I had a smaller one as kid , and found this large one on ebay along with Andy. I think they bring me good luck
@@PrincessRoxi thats good so just be careful sometime they don't see that way okay just giving you a heads up and letting you know about that just for your safety
*singing* She’s just a rag dolly
Happy and smiling all day
That was a reference to the 1977 movie.
I think I watched it when I was really little on the Disney Channel! I need to watch it again
@@PrincessRoxi someone recently posted an HD version of the full movie onto youtube!
@@stinkrat167 I have to watch it tonight !! Thank you!!! :D
thank you so much!! i just got this one 1981 embroidered side eye raggedy ann that has the exact stains yours had!! theyre in desperate need
It's tricky getting those stains out and avoiding the water rings , so I found blotting really helps a lot!
I'd love to see you do a new dress for raggedy ann. She's gorgeous.
Oh that will happen soon, I just got some fabric to restore another doll, stayed tuned!

I have stitched noses / mouths back onto plush toys and I use crochet thread , I would get some scraps of muslin and practice - that helped me a lot!
