They’ll go 7-5 if everything goes right for them and that’s assuming they beat a&m

7-5 would be a successful season this year. Tougher scedule with Texas now on it. There are questions surrounding the defense this year with youth all the way to coordinator. Offense should do well.

Texas, Georgia, Mizzou, ole miss, Tennessee are all guaranteed losses so 7-5 is the ceiling and that’s with an a&m win where a&m will be favored

As a state fan I would take that this year

The over under win total is 4.5 I think 7-5 is a little aggressive

@@fordsterling5966 that's my "best case" suggestion not a prognostication. I do think a bowl game should be expected. State is always picked near the bottom even when there is no justification for it. For this season they can make a case I just feel the offense is bowl worthy. Blake Shapen is no pushover and the run game should be better from last season

@@fordsterling5966 last year we won 5 games with a shitty offense we got way better offensive players this year and a better coach I don't think it's a huge stretch for 7

With the strengthening of the conference and a potential 9 game conference schedule, I’m sure Mississippi State surpass anything they’ve done before… 😬
