This is my first Samurai and I'm pretty excited about it! I've heard a lot of people say they miss theirs and the guys that have made them huge say they miss when theirs was smaller. I'm taking notes!
Hello, my name is Yadin, and I'm 17 years old from Israel. I also have a samurai and he is also my first vehicle and I dreamed of getting one of these for a long time. The work you do is inspiring and I admire it! I also build mine (during school holidays I work as a welder in the business of friends of the family, so I have both the knowledge and the tools). Wish you a lot of success with your project!⭐️
Maybe you could run a vent tube thru a washer. Find one or make one where the tube is a snug fit and then weld the washer over the gap and fill in the rest.
Hello, when you put Perches in place how do you know they are in the correct position ? Those plates where perches stay on them are enough as guidance ?
@@FortuneOffRoad thank you for answer, so what i need to, is to hold and secure the axle at the the proper driveshaft angle and then to fix the perches at theyr corect angle ?
@Daniel-iu7ob I would find the angle that the spring under perch is, and match that for the top perch you will be welding on. The steering is the most important thing to maintain. In the rear you can mess with the angle for driveshaft angles. But I wouldn't change the angles if it were me doing it. Unless you're using a CV driveline in the rear.
Sweet build! Subbed. I had a samurai with a Harley carb and it ripped! Miss it.

Fortune and Death 31s, a locker and a 4 to1 Tcase and these things are almost unstoppable.
@@matty86suk I'll be on 31s, two lockers a d 6.4:1... Excited!

The plates are probably enough, but you can use an angle finder too

Nice build! Did you use the low range spoa? Cheers
Thanks! Yeah, a lot of the parts are from the LROR SPOA kit. 🤙🏻
u could mount the truss on the underside
I did think about that and inmocked it up, but I didn't want to lose the ground clearance on the bottom since I'll only be on 31s.
Where did you buy truss? Thanks
Low range off road 🤙🏻
Where did you buy the longer brake hoses from?
There were in a kit from low range off road. I'm sure they sell them separately too.
@@FortuneOffRoad thanks buddy
