I played warzone ps5 on TV with mouse and keyboard. Yeah, it had delay, but when I turned on the "gaming mode," it was working fine just like I was playing on PC If you have that option , turning it on can help you get better response time
You’re not bad on mouse and keyboard though. Cod is a controller game. Simply due to the fact that controllers have thumb sticks for movement. What I’m saying is on mnk having a wider field of view plus faster rotation speed helps a lot against thumb stick movement and aim assist. I would tweak the settings more since you’re playing on console. Idk why it’s different on consoles but I know you can get good on console mnk. It’s an awesome feeling when you get better.

I’m not sure what setting you had but I tried keyboard and mouse on warzone an hour ago and felt 0 delay, even won my first game. And I have experienced pc before (only tried ps5 for the consistent frame rate). Maybe it depends on your settings cause my keyboard and mouse are really old too but they are wired so maybe that helped.
I think its cause my mouse is set to a high hz which uses more power from the system. Basically the ps5 couldn’t keep up but after I tried it in this video I have never tried again lmao.

Not much of a difference but you can turn off crossplay which makes it so that you only play against ps5 players and that is wayyyy easier
