I am a western rider. However, I've recently acquired an Andalusian cross. He needs to go English. I would like to try XC and jumping with him, rather than straight dressage (although I would like to learn the basics of dressage). Is an eventing saddle such as this a viable option? Do you have products you can recommend for an experienced western rider (cutting/reining/pleasure) interested in XC?

L yes you can use jump saddles for dressage, but this monoflap is very expensive, so i would recommend a cheaper option if you are just starting eventing!👍

L maybe try an all purpose saddle, it’s not as forward cut as a jumping and not as straight as a dressage saddle. It in between
