Using Creative Inspiration | Scrapbook Layout Process Video

- I've used some creative inspiration from my teammate, Jayma Malme, to create my own unique version of a layout that she has made here on TH-cam. Using inspiration is a great way to create a layout page really quickly, and it can be so fun to watch other people put their own unique spin on a scrapbook page. We will use the CTMH Hello Darlin paper suite, stamps and digital art SVG collection to complete this version of Jayma's layout.

I agree about scrapping old photos. This week would have been my sons 46th birthday, and today I did his first birthday pictures. It was difficult but wonderful. I love your layouts, thanks

That is the nicest page I have seen so far using that paper pack!! The little pops of yellow really took away all the strong red & blue of the pack. A page I think that will be scrap lifted again & again but using other paper packs with each page looking uniquely its own.

This turned out amazing! I am glad you figured out the size at 1-15/16! Looks perfect. The white detailing made such a nice addition, as did the pops of yellow. Love it all.

I always forget about the offset feature. LOVE that you used math :0) I love that scraplifting is a starting point and you can add your own touches AND that you can learn from their mistakes (if they let you know what they were, like Jayma did). SO CUTE, Andrea!!!

Such a fun page with wonderful memories. Love how you can use geometry/algebra to work our sizes, I so wish I could do that! I think you've convinced me to get the Hello Darlin' Digital Kit. I wasn't sure I needed it - but now I do!

Great layout, it looks so different from that paper collection.
I think the additional patterns from the PML cards really helped change the feel of the paper pack. It added some more visual interest and made it more quilt like.
