Hi ! We had a problem accessing the Ricoh address book on the control panel and the problem was resolved by overwriting the latest firmware update with an SD card. But with the "Firmware Update Tool" utility, you cannot force and overwrite the same firmware.
Hi , yes. if your machine already running with latest firmware. this tools cannot overwrite it like we do on sdcard. on certain case like you had , you need to manualy update using sdcard with the romdata type of firmware.

if you are using custom firmware. then you cannot use this tools to update the machine firmware. u gonna need to use old method by using sdcard and need a file like a package file or romdata type of firmware. please check with your ricoh authorise dealer.
@@EUROCOPIER I bought used machine, i live in Pakistan and it is imported from Europe countries because it is 110v, I don't know to whom i contact, please help me to install Ricoh application site apps. My browser need to update to open application site 😔
ya boleh. tapi kena makesure machine asal menunggunakan original firmware. kalau firmware machine sudah di custom. tak boleh guna cara ini. sebab by default step ni akan ambil masa 45 minit sehingga 1 jam. sekiranya guna step ini tapi tuan buat hanya around 5 ke 10 minit bermakna update firmware tidak menjadi.
