Hello po tanong lang kung RFO ang unit ilang buwan bago ma turn over ,mag Kano ang charge mo kung kukunin ko ang service mo yung nag aasikaso sa akin pinabayaan na kami matapos makuha ang porsiyento nag wowork din sya dati sa smdc pero nag resign na pls reply.

SMDC is not a good company. In July 2023, I got an email from an SMDC Rep that my unit in Charm Cainta is ready. I had my loan with BPI processed right and I started my first BPI Loan Payment in December 2023. I received a Notice of Acceptance and the unit was inspected by my legal representative on December 14. There were only a few punch list items that need to be fixed. It is now March 27 and the unit is still NOT AVAILABLE FOR OCCUPANCY. SMDC is not the GOOD GUYS they claim to be. They are in reality BAD GUYS. After you sign the PURCHASE CONTRACT, you are pretty much on your OWN. I am willing to attend all hearings and investigations and I will testify how disgusting this SMDC is. I work in the US. I flew home 3 times and spent a lot of money for 3 round-trip tickets to Manila . I NEVER SAW MY UNIT IN ALL 3 INSTANCES. AND I HAVE NOT SEEN MY UNIT UNTIL NOW, MARCH 27 - more than 3 months after inspection. BEWARE OF SMDC!
