haha You're right -- He does adore attention! Every thought, effort, and movement Ly makes has and always will be for attention! So good to hear from you and thank you for the positive comment. Hope you have been well, friend! L (and Andy)
haha Thank you! He's a handful (I would say Ly... but let's be honest, Andy is more the handful than Lysander!). Your description of walking your cat on a leash has me dying -- Your poor sweet potato cat! Glad you enjoyed seeing Virginia! It is a beautiful state but when those leaves change -- even more magical! Thanks for writing, L (and Andy)
Good job guys, he looked a bit hesitant at first but I think he loved it! Been under the weather myself, got Covid-19 and pneumonia!, on the mend now I hope!
HI Pam! Oh no! We're so sorry you're under the weather! Great to hear you're recovering though! He was super excited to roll around in the gravel but when we first set off all he wanted to do was ride on L's back because he got to see alot more! He soon wanted to be on the floor smelling everything! Andy&L
Hey Cynthia! Ha ha! You're absolutely right! It's not shown in the video but we ended up going totally off the trail... because Ly wanted too! He is such a handsome boy and I find it amazing when I (Andy) see old photos of him where he is virtually all white! Hope you're well! Andy&L
@@SoulofaSeeker Back in 1966 my father was able to rent a Clark Cortez from a DuPont chemist who had convinced DuPont Corporation that a traveling exhibit might be a good idea. The motorhome was equipped with all types of DuPont products. It had Formica countertops, Nylon curtain fabrics, Rayon carpet and was painted a fire engine red with their automotive paint. I guess the marketing ploy worked well with the Cortez ultimately being sold to the chemist. My father was fortunate enough to get this Cortez for a five week tour of the country!
Of course he loved it, he was the center of attention! Cool vid, thanks.

He's gorgeous (Lysander not Andy). Tried walking our cats and it was like dragging a spud (potato) around the garden. Virginia looks lovely btw.

WALKING A CAT: Rule #1 - go wherever the cat wants !
He gets more handsome each time I see him, and looks as if his coat is maturing darker too.
