Forcing a 60 day unlock will only make phones cost more. The long unlock time, allows carriers to offer heavily subsidized phones at very low prices. If carriers are forced to allow 60 day unlock, then phones will simply cost more even with subsidies.
If you walk away with an unpaid phone, the carrier is going after your credit. While they do that, the phone will get blacklisted. So, in the end, you have bad credit and a phone that's a paper weight.
They should have done this years ago.. "We" paid for "our" phone...its "ours". Let us do as we please
