hire an experienced NHL person.... I believe that will cost Pegula more $ which he seems not wanting to do especially when he said he will go all out in helping the sabres win cups when he purchased the team in 2011
I think Terry needs to stop with all the experimental hires. Get a proven gm, scouting, and assistant coaches. Also its time for a president of hockey ops. He seems so gung ho about not having one ever since he forced Lafontaine out. Basically he needs to quit being so arrogant and let the professionals that have a proven record run the team. Ive been a pretty big defender of Pegula but Im just about ready to grab a pitchfork.
Adams gave out too much money too soon for players who had just one good season or for being a first round draft pick. Those players are over valued and who would pay that price for unproven players ? $ 7+ to 8.35 mil

There's 10,000 young men playing juniors, college or semi-pro hockey who dream of being in the NHL. Getting into the NHL and staying for more than a few games is REALLY difficult. If any players say "they don't want to be here" kick their butt out immediately. No one is bigger than the game.
When they let eichel go that was the first domino.. you can’t let a guy like that walk away in his prime.. imagine if he was there with the pieces they currently have
Im a huge fan of lindy, became a fan of him when the leafs and sabres had there battles decades ago. But he did struggle in NJ. Hockey is a different game now compared with even 5 years ago, is it possible lindys philosophies are outdated and dont match up with how the younger players have been developed?
Every player on the Sabres - if he were honest - would admit that he would rather be ANYWHERE else in the NHL. There is no reason for optimism, as things sit today. Only a big shake-up - with trades - can possibly revive this team. But is Adams capable of making the kind of big trades necessary? Bring in a new GM, and then the shake-up can begin.
Sabres fans need to *STOP* with the "lucky to have a team" attitude, and *START ADOPTING AND EMBRACING THE PHILADELPHIA FAN MINDSET - DEMANDING AS ALL HELL!!!!!!* 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Horrible scouting. No judge of NHL level talent, drive, toughness and staying power. So many heartless Scandanavians over the years. How did they miss that Owen Power was soft ? That should be the final straw.
Clean house with management and hire an experienced NHL person and get out of the way. Some argue that Pegula is hands off but is he really?

Bingo! Now Adams has over-priced under-performing players nobody will take - unless the Sabres pay a big part of their tab.

Terry needs to hire a GM with some actual NHL experience and let them run the organization or just sell the team.
Regier played 25 games in the NHL
@@briank.8925 Regier let Drury and Briere leave, and didn't replace them with *ANYONE OF LIKE QUALITY.* HELL to the NO on him!

fire Adams.
Definitely time to clean house in this organization.
And then do it again in 3 years? Thats absolutely not what should happen.

We'd still blow, he would have limp wingers.
