I listened to this song in the summer of 2018 at the time, I was single, lonely and depressed, and I hated myself a lot .. Here I am now listening to it, but I am still single, but the most important thing is that I am no longer depressed and i don't hate myself .

I didn't sleep well for a very long time. I live in a highly intensity of stress and I have a high sensivity to sounds.
I can wake up just because someone is drinking water near me.
I miss the old days when I could sleep happily without fear to hear something and make awake the whole night.
I'm really tired, sometimes I want just to cry because it is bexoing inbearable.
I feel for you, I happen to be the same, the only times when I sleep fine is after me and the one I love are really good but that doesn.t happen all the time and it.s scary cuz she has so much power over me, she has no idea...
I hope you.ll find a way to sleep well at night that only requires you, and I hope that everything stressful will pass, and you.ll be fine and happy and good.
Maybe try listening to music while trying to fall asleep. It may help to have noises so you won't get woken up from sudden noises.
