I didn't sleep well for a very long time. I live in a highly intensity of stress and I have a high sensivity to sounds. I can wake up just because someone is drinking water near me. I miss the old days when I could sleep happily without fear to hear something and make awake the whole night. I'm really tired, sometimes I want just to cry because it is bexoing inbearable.
