On Deadly Ground is Steven Seagal's 6th movie and it's the follow up to his smash hit Under Siege....it is also not very good. On Deadly Ground also marks the first and only movie that Steven Seagal directed.

I remember when I checking this movie out in the video store when it came, reading the summary on the back cover, and seeing a comment by the critics that said something like On Deadly Ground was the equal to Under Siege. Yeah, right. That movie is still far better than On Deadly Ground.

I think people would take the problems with our environment more seriously if it weren't for this movie. Way to damn the earth and humanity Steven Segal. Also have you ever heard his dance hall reggae? It's terrible. Imagine Steven Segal doing a horrible Jamaican accent while singing "me wann da punani". I wish I were joking but it exists.
