      of course! the current firmware is a very small change in the grand scheme of things, but it does help for some users.

    What's on the update? Would stores that have it in stock update them before selling them?

      Here's the v1.1 changelog from the product page:
      V1.1 (2024-08-01)
      - Fixed a bug that can cause the panel to load improperly on startup
      - Long pressing Preset now allows PC messages to save to the corresponding slot (Same as Sending V2)
      - Preset loads that do not change the Mode setting will load seamlessly
      - Improved tuning in Quantize mode
      - Reduced LFO jitter and improved sound for audio rate modulation
      - Fixed a bug where unexpected sysex messages (SPP, MTC, etc) can cause the UI to crash
      If your unit is serial #348 or later, this update has already been included. As far as I know, there are no stores with stock right now and units with the V1 firmware have long been sold.

    So we need to purchase a midi box to update the pedal firmware? 🤨

    • @electronicaudioexperiments
      @electronicaudioexperiments  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, though if you don’t use the more advanced functions such as MIDI, which requires a MIDI box anyway, there’s less pressure to update in the first place.

      @@electronicaudioexperiments ah, gotchya: I've only had it for a couple of months. I have used the ctrl input as an expression control. I'll investigate the midi functions; maybe it will be worth my while grabbing one.
