I came to this concept of relaxing under tension while doing weightlifting and it had a great transfer to climbing and parkour, but I never thought it would apply on this way too and become a protagonist itself. :)

I like the leg grab at 3:22 or so. Reflects skateboard grabs and parkour grabs on flips.

I loved this! Actually I will quote a phrase to open mi PhD thesis:
“I think if you… If you have the courage to follow these questions, you can find beautiful things: not necessary answers.”
    Tom Weksler, “Rest, Samurai, Waves”.

"Finding REST in effort" Sutra II.47 of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali says: prayatna shaithilya ananta samapattibhyam .The means of perfecting the posture is that of relaxing or loosening of effort, and allowing attention to merge with endlessness, or the infinite.
"SAMURAI FIRE: Un-answered OPEN questions ; AWKWARD experiences": tapaḥsvādhyāyeśvarapraṇidhānāni : KRIYA (ACTION) yoga consists of three components: tapas (austerity), svadhyaya (self-study), and Ishvara pranidhana (unshakeable faith in the guiding and protecting power of God).
"WAVES, OCEAN, SURFING ELEMENTS TO CONNECT": "The Seer is nothing but seeing: although pure, it sees mental activities" (YS2.20) , YOGA THA ART OF SEEING
