Jenkins Upgrade on CentOS

Hi,
I took over the jenkins installation from someone in my company and now I have to manage it. He/she is not with company anymore.
I see that they setup jenkins URL in such a way that it is not asking for login. I am not sure where they made the change in config.xml or what file where it is not even asking for jenkins credentials when we hit the URL. it automaticallt takes me to the console.
can you pls guide me to identify the configuration file or settings.
