people need to be reminded sometimes that this was actually a look-alike contest, not a singing contest. for the person to be able to sing a bit like the one/he/she is imitating is just a bonus, but the point of the matter is she's being judged on whether she looks like mariah or not, including mariah's nuances or mannerisms. that's what counts the most.

Her Midbelts just sounds like Mariah, it's very resonant. Her problem here is just her falsetto. But nevertheless, this was a look alike contest not a singing contest

Ela até mandou bem, essa música da Mariah é muito difícil! Tem que ter um ótimo apoio respiratório, beltings fortes e controlados para não soar gritado e também ter um exímio controle de passagem de registro (voz mista/voz de cabeça/falsete)! Aqui o que atrapalhou é que ela não estava preparada para essa música, acho que se tivesse escolhido "I Still Believe" num tom abaixo do original seria uma ótima apresentação

Si Kyla pa isa sa mga judge, nakaka-pressure yan para sa kanya. Same style pa naman si Mariah and Kyla, except lang sa whistle.
May tunog Mariah talaga siya, ang galing! Pero may something off din sa boses niya parang tensed at di masyadong controlled. Siguro sa araw na to wala sa ayos boses niya probably nagkasakit or na stretch sa rehearsals. Anyways, I'm sure sisiw lang sa kanya pag nasa peak condition ang vocals niya.

@Em Ebron oo mahirap din ang kanta ni Celine Dion kasi nga Phrasing Upper belts are hard kagaya yung Power of Love, All by myself puro upper belts. Pero kanta parin ni Mariah ang mahirap dahil sa mga whistle notes kasi yung mga whistles nya mahirap kontrolin pag ikaw ang gumaya Kagaya yung Heart breaker whistle, All in your mind staccato whistle at iba pa, then another thing na nag papahirap sa mga kanta nya yung mga upper belts din kagaya yung My All every chorus or verse kailangan mo mag belt at yung if it's over phrasing upper belts are hard
