I saw a Cell Culture certificate for clinical application without any endotoxin. How is that possible taking acccount that many substances , including mycoplasma removal kits contain little level of endotoxin??. Is there any substance to remove completely endotoxin ?

Hello dearest Charles River! I am having issues with my log in for endoscan. My log in and password work fine when I log in through my co workers computer , but when I try it under mine it keeps saying unknown user? Not sure why this is happening. Have y’all experienced this issue before ? If so how can I fix it? The days my co worker is not here I can’t run endotoxin and I have reached out to my IT department and also a software specialist from Charles river but I’ve had no luck 😅 I will continue to be patient
