Initially getting Zygomites for your farm outside of buying them on the G.E. is a mild RNG base. I would generally get, on average, one zygomite per farming trip when farming even bittercap mushrooms. You can get them from other sources of picking mushrooms like player owned port islands and picking those mushrooms as well. Now to really maximize a constant flow of zygomites, have both small pens have a set of elder rabits to increase breeding and keep zygomites in your breeding pen, especially ones with perks like virile. If you have the collector farmhand, you'll gain unchecked zygomites pretty quickly. Just be sure to keep them fed.
Would it be feasible... like less costly/timely/don't need to do slayer or cast bloom a million times if I just raise zygomites with the jovial trait and then keep feeding them honeycombs?
that is definitely a worth while method to be looking into. I know with high level farming, gathering mushrooms from PoP is a good way as well. But I'll definitely look into the honeycomb method and see how well it keeps their health up.
I don't know why, but my arcspore zygomites won't mature at all. They are currently stuck as adolescents even though I fed them and they have full happiness. Even my dragons have become elders and the zygomites are still adolescent.
Check to make sure you don't have an active farmhand. Even without food, the should still become elders eventually. Their growth cycle is faster than dragons
Thanks for the helpful video. I am getting back into the game after a while and this has been very informational. critiques - Feels like the video drags on a bit with dialogue. I think you should be more concise and to the point with the tips. Other than that great vid and thanks for the help! See you in game :)
agreed. maybe short clips and straight to the point. i literally didnt bother to watch the whole thing :/ shorter clearer instrucctions would be nice but keep carrying on and make more vids:D
how do you make them regrow i can't find where you explain how to farm them??
