Respectfully, This shoe is absolutely awesome! It compares very well with the Numbus 25. Although slightly “heavier”. But keep in mind that both shoes are for easy long runs without any thought of speed whatsoever. Comfort with the Max Road 6 is phenomenal, along with max cushion , which makes it all work. Unlike the New Balance Fresh Foam V4, that has no luster at all after 6 miles, and tends to lose that Cush feel. The Max Road 6 is a shoe you can run forever in. In my opinion of course, which makes me conclude by saying, you gotta try it to see for yourself. Happy Running to all!
i like the archfit I have a ride 11 and its the most playful shoe I got, very durable outsole too. Sadly u cant use them in any moist condition or its swamp toes the rain actually gets lapped on top of your toes.

Had high expectations on the 6 because I love the 4. By I returned mine after two short runs, the arch fit is so aggressive that hurts my right arch half mile on the second run.
Appreciate your honest opinion. I do have a collection of running shoes (NB, Saucony Puma), however Skechers work well for dog walking, especially if they are firmer. This shoe might be an option for dog walking. Do you suppose Ruby was saying "Now what the heck am I going to do with only one shoe mom?" 🐕 💕
I love the hyperburst midsole compound but I've had to return my previous sketchers because of the archfit. It feels like I have a bar under my heels and I find it painful.

***the shoe is a half size too BIG! Not small. I was given a size 10 which fits perfectly, and I’m usually a 10.5.
Thats what i thought, had same experience, my size 10 on these were looong.
Now thinking on buying hoka, do you also use 10.5 on hoka heller? Thanks!

Don't plan on picking it up sunce i currently have too many. But, i agree the shoe is not pleasing to the eye.😊

I don’t understand why you’d want a lot of foam but also something really stiff. At that point, why not just use a smaller shoe?

Don’t sleep on Skechers. Love the MR5 and the same for MR6.

I love skechers and there max running line. I use an orthotic, so with the arch fit....its just too much. Less arch fit and keep the midsole!

I'm hoping that the max road 6 works for me. The 4 was great for me but the 5 was way too flexible!
