- Hello doston welcome back to another video in this video we are going to understand that how we can solve oil leakage problem from scooter/scooty gearbox.
This problem occur due a bad oil seal to solve this we need a new oil seal and a gearbox housing packing/gasket. We are using HTA oil seal here and honda genuine gearbox packing.
The price of oil seal is RS40 and the price of packing is RS 48 so the total cost would be RS 88.

Or bhai ek help karo - meri gadi morning ke time jab chala ta hu to 2 - 3 km jhatke lagte hai par gadi garam hone par sahi ho jata hai mene new carburettor dalwaya hai or din me bhi agar , 1 - 2 ghante gadi khadi kar du to bhi wahi problem aati hai kya karu bhai kuch batao

Chalte gadi per race chood diye to speed ekdum se kam ho jati hai kay problem hogi please bataiye 1 sal se pareshaan hu koi bhi elaj nahi mila 🙏

Bhai mene gair oil ka nut 🔩 ulta ghumaya he to uski chhudi ghiss gai he ..ab nut sahi se tite nahi ho raha he kya kare...?
Do tarike hai sahi karne ke:-
1) Helicoil use karo
2) Oversize tapping
Gear oil colour whitish. Pani mixed hai lagta hai kya issue ho sakta hai
Gasket problem or may entered through air filter pipe.
Bro mere Activa 3g model se gear se chu chu ki abaj aa rhi h or leak ho rha hai oil kya karu kitna kharacha ayega

My TVS Jupiter is leaking engine oil as well as gear oil, im worried right now because mechanics are saying it will cost me 5k INR to repair it.

If play is there then need to replace otherwise just replace oil seal.
But it's better to replace both.

I have honda grazia & because of over tightening by me the gear oil drain bolt's thread on the engine block got damaged & the drain bolt isn't getting tight any more and oil is leaking from it. In the garage they are saying that that thread has to be re made in the lathe machine after filling the hole with gas welding. But for that the whole engine block with the CVT segment has to be removed from the vehicle. Is there any other method to for this problem?
You can use thread insert.
Else you can do a oversize tapping.

break lever main bhi 1 choti si rubber oil seal hoti hai usse bhi replace karo aur cover seal ko oil aur greese main bheegi k t theek se tight karo
