    As'salaamu Alaikum.. Thank You for throwing light on this topic. I want to share my problem so that I can come out from the situation and can workout on the same. I have two children's one of them is suffering from Autism and Global development delay which is 3.5 years old(Elder Son). I have diagnose the problem early. His some behaviour are very wild like suddenly pulling the beard or hair or spectacles(which gets broken sometimes) which makes me and other members also very angry and sometimes we beat hardly. We know that this is because of his problem, then also it happens. Because of this we are tensed about his problem since long time and it is affecting so much. I have financial issues as well. I started learning from your channel but due to this issue I am not able to concentrate fully on this with my potential. Since long I am seeking help on this. The second child is 4 months old which seems normal but can be confirmed about the above problem later as this issue is diagnosed later. I need some suggestions which can relieve my stress and can workout efficiently. Sorry for writing this long comment.

    Welldone sir apka session bohot accha tha specially students ke liye jo apne baat ki ke study ka bohot pressure hota hai grades ka bhi mera question hai ke sub ki sochne ki power alag hoti hai toh yeh jo sub kahete hain ke ager cgpa accha nai hai toh apka future nai hai apko job nai milegi etc etc toh sir kia waqie aisa hota hai khu ke ma bhi student hun i am doing BS IT aur meri University bhi itni acchi nai hai perhai mein bohot accha nai hun bohot tension hoti hai ke pata nai kia hoge agge please guide kerein

      Work harder because degree matters with skills; if you aren't good at grabbing concepts, then how will you polish your skills?

    Sir if we know that we have a mental health issue so how can we overcome this issue?
    Can we solve this issue by themselves?
    And if we go and talk to any professionalist then can it solve in one go?

      When you know exactly what the problem is, you can solve it.
      Also, therapy sessions depend on the severity of the problem, which can only be identified by professionals.

    I think stress or depression mn koi person TB jata ha JB uska real life mn koi na koi issue CHL rha ho koi chez usy pryshan Kar rhi ho or continually pryshan Kar rhi ho .
    Agr basic pryshani ki wja ko identify Karky solve Kiya jiya to may be he can feel better.
    Plz correct me if I'm wrong.

    Sir m kabi kabi 2 ya 3 din k liye stuck ho jata ho , sakty m chala ho ,ghum sum SA ho jata ho without any particular reason...
    So Kia is ka mental health se koi relation h...!!?

      It's okay to slow down sometimes, but that shouldn't happen more often. Also, Allah has designed our brain in such a way that it overshadows stressors on its own to calm down our body, but again, if it happens more often, consult a psychologist.
