You can’t really judge this the way you would with a fictional narrative film. You have to look at this more like a documentary, or in this case a really long music video. In that sense, it’s anything but lazy, especially when it comes to editing and getting the best angles and shots during a live performance
Another point is that Ticketmaster scammed the tickets and resell them for a huge amount of money and the fans really fought blood and tears for them but the demand was so hight that not all the fans got tickets so the idea of putting the film in cinemas with similar experience for all the fans got to experience and also documents it is so amazing of Taylor, and me as an international fan which my country is not part of the eras tour but the movie will start showing at third of November means so much to me, It will be the closest experience to the actual eras tour

I still couldn’t tell you the names of her songs, but I think the 10 minute one might be my favorite

She cut 5 songs from the movie!!! Also many of the transitions. It’s actually a 3.5 hr live show.

I’m glad people are enjoying this movie but I think this is really the laziest way to make a movie if you can even call this a movie
