dengan metode peternakan dan ditunjang dg peralatan modern tentu hasilnya akan maksimal
bahkan negara majua lainnya spt usa sekalipun ada yg msh pake metode manual ya krn lokasinya sgt berbeda - daerahnya pasang surut shg utk pakai kapal spt di video nggak memungkinkan

I was saddened they crushed the shells. Putting whole shells back in the water near the shore is actually good for wild oyster growth and water quality

Yes, the women who do the oyster shelling are skilled workers. They can peel about a ton of oysters per person per day. Their hands are very fast. They have been doing the same job over and over for decades.
