Thank you for changing this back to non-private. Half way through and was sad I wasn't gonna get to see how things panned out! Thanks for the content as always.
It was great racing with you Jimmy! I was the 7 car (the cheerios car) in that race and it was a super fun one up until the end, just wish I didn't take myself out of it. I know it doesn't show in the stream but for anyone watching this after the fact Jimmy proceded to talk about his love for Pringles any chance he got during the race. In fact, 80-85% of all radio chatter came from Jimmy talking about Pringles and how much he loved the sour cream and onion flavor. I found that kind of strange but at first but Jimmy brought up good points about why sour cream and onion is the best Pringles flavor. Anyways, great racing Jimmy!
3:57:39 not sure if anyone caught this but it looks like it gave the pim for exiting pit lane too fast just bad timing about weaving a bit I think but I could be wrong
4:19:28 You're supposed to aim for the initial crash location because the cars will have moved somewhere else by the time you get there. Also, real NASCAR drivers never slow down when there's a crash. I'm just bs-ing btw.
still on lap 365 after the pit exit incident. Whatever the result that is coming. I have thorughly enjoyed this vod. You have really grown as a person over the last few years jimmer. Really nice to see, a few years back that would have sent you but so glad to see the growth. Love what you do and keep doing it please! Edit lap 392, What is this race! Im on the edge of my seat! Edit, great stuff man! Loved that end.
As the #30 car in that race (no lies or anything like that) I want to say that I'm genuinely sorry on how that race ended for you and your team, and that it totally wasn't how I wanted it to end either. I mean I can see the frustration especially at 4:21:22. You raced especially hard and your long run pace was so good that I stayed behind and watched your line for most of the race LOL. So I'm sorry that I had to be the one that ended it. For some reason, after I gave the #28 room on the outside of the track to pass me into turn 1, the #28 decided to bump me all the way up the track and afterwards I wanted to arc the corner and get the run out of 2 by keeping the #28 on the lower side and keeping my car in the middle lane. I think I went too low and the #28 went too high and we just made contact. Idk if this helps but I just wanted you to know what happened from my end. And yet again, the last thing I wanted was to take out a strong win contender like yourself, but I also wanted to stay top 5 (this race only happens once a year). Those first 300 laps were extremely fun and I hope to try it again next year with some new (less aggressive) strategies.
People can say what they want about NASCAR and oval racing, but it will always be the best form of racing to me. Will never get tired of watching left turns
My dad was really into Nascar when I was a kid and I could never wrap my head around why. I now understand there's a lot more that goes into it than just driving in a circle. I feel like part of the appeal as well is that pretty much anyone can win. Nascar also has a very interesting history that I just find entertaining to learn about.
Yeah it drives me nuts these f1 fans talk smack about nascar all day long but it’s hands down pound for pound the best racing in terms of speed, the space between cars is non existent they have so many passes and you legit have no idea who will win the race I’ve lost so much money on nascar bets it’s crazy when I start to get low on betting funds I just bet extra on f1 because it’s so obvious who will win. Nascar doesn’t deserve the hate it gets. The fact that drivers will move other drivers out of the way with air is mind blowing. And the crashes are always spectacular. I love f1 but goodness is it ever borning anymore. And the fact that people say nascar is east while every time an f1 driver goes to nascar they do so bad. Indy car right now is more competitive and fun to watch then f1. But no one will admit that because they don’t watch anything but f1 when you watch nascar cup truck and xfinity Indy car imsa moto gp it’s hard to be excited about f1
@Devon Downs the problem is at a glance nascar simply isnt high skilled looking, compare that with F1 where flipping through channels its fucking staggering. Oval racing is incredibly high skilled but visually it doesn't look the part
Gt racing is the most fun for me, lots of overtakes and often they have 2 or three races happening at the same. Also nascar excludes the rest of the world, not really fun watching America make themselves the center of the world in yet another sport if you're not from there.
@@0Synergy well it doesn’t help the camera angles they use now suck so bad. They refuse to use the camera angles from 90’s to the early 2010’s they would look blistering fast the technology we have today we could easily highlight the absolute speed they are going. And people don’t even realize they are going 180+ most people can’t even drive 65 on the highway without almost dying but those people will be the first to say nascar has no skill. It really sucks people don’t even give it a Chance especially something like daytona or dega it’s a beautiful chess game going on. But what is really shitty is 90 percent of f1 fans only watch f1 but will criticize every other form of racing why can’t people watch multiple racing events. Especially when the more races you watch the more you realize that f1 kinda sucks from the spoiled kids to the actual racing sometimes you’ll get a midfield battle but most of the time it’s a DRS train with no one passing.
Amazing comeback Jimmer, don't be so hard on yourself. Could have pulled the pin but pushed hard and you would have got top 5 if there was another lap or two. Top effort. Was almost worth going for the wallride at the end.
From the windshield you couldn't really tell. He knew he was outside and probably should have expected it. You were inside with the line. Anybody outside should be careful of someone sliding up when racing that hard. He wasn't. Racing incident. Great race Jimmy.
The kerfuffle 2.5 hours in is mostly iRacing's fault anyway. The wave around should happen the lap before going green, not the same lap as the restart because of this exact scenario. Even if you passed the pace car right away, there would probably be some cars that couldn't catch back up to the pack since there were only 7 cars still on the lead lap.
It's amazingly disgusting how much foul language is used now a days as if it's just part of a regular conversations The lack of respect for others has truly been astonishing from generation to generation in the last 4 decades. All I can say is *wow*

Honestly, just like IRL NASCAR bullshitery.
Touched the blue line ,that gives you an unsafe pit exit penalty.... otherwise it would be speeding in the pits
"looks at chat" while going through the dogleg, as the guy to the outside has been on his door for 3-4 laps.

That was an amazing never give up effort. Clam man would be proud.
i'm 36 and for the first time in my life i get the chance to do this so here it goes: FIRST!!!! :P
😂😂😂

Good recovery at the end there, Jimmer.
I love that jimmer takes responsibility for his mistake instantly and is fully prepared if he gets in trouble for it
4:26:30 "It is time to f**k!!" 😂😂
As a nascar regular, that shifting hurt my soul. Jimmer, let off to 50% and up shift. No clutch needed
From the windshield you couldn't really tell. He knew he was outside and probably should have expected it. You were inside with the line. Anybody outside should be careful of someone sliding up when racing that hard. He wasn't. Racing incident. Great race Jimmy.
Good race Jimmer. Makes me want to try it.
Can't believe i missed the Blow Your Load 600 this year. At least i got the vod

Love when we get NASCAR content.
I'm sure your sim chair has seen plenty Days of Thunder.
Holy shit that finish was insane!!!
fantastic final section to this race!
Yet another occasion,
Looking at chat caused the entire downfall of that race, hard to moan about it because it’s not like we’ve been here before… :(
Why does your cowboy voice sound like a cartoon prospector. Lol
Even though it was a shit show that last restart was insane.
"Prob in me".......underrated comment
tough break with the penalty but you drove the balls off that car
Could have been more... could have been a lot less. Good teamwork.
Finally a real winner this weekend
Fantastic result Jimmer.
Need For Speed is an alright film if you disassociate it from the games...
Great show - kind of bad on how it got decided.
Wow
watch out jimmy, another left corner coming up!
lucky dog....last car 1 lap down get lap back
Words can’t explain how much I hate these cars. They don’t feel like a stock car. Feel like a slot car. Plow box and no mid corner adjustments
I wish I knew how to quit you!
Ok i don’t know how, i’m not high or anything but somehow i read the thumbnail as “THE COKE GOD”
i am questioning myself since then.
I was the 19 in this 😈

All I can say is *wow*
Are you okay no need to be a Karen
Why do you hate foul language wtf is your problem seriously why even comment this
@Jimmy_Broadbent thanks for the great soundbytes on me 😂😂😂😂
