The judge that passed the initial judgement should be assessed and rightly demoted, because a judge that does not know the law and the jurisdiction and reach of their court.
Is not fit and proper to be a judge.

Who controls the State High Court?
Is it not the governors power?
Wouldn't the state High court that depend in the state governors for their salaries be subjected to the bidding of the governor?
Judiciary is the bane of our democratic problem, and people like Falana will never be objective, as being objective never gets them food or jobs. They argue in respect of law, that is what lawyers do....no common sense...that's why 2 lawyers will go to court to determine who argues best.

It goes without saying, therefore, that the President controls the Federal courts and they do his bidding.

As a Nigerian, are you not ashamed that some judges of federal high courts cannot identify cases that are within their jurisdiction ?
