Form 28 apke NOC ke sath me agar nahi aata hai to apko print nikal ke bhar ke fir upload karna hai, aur agar NOC ke sath form 28 aaya huaa (with Financer Stamp & Sig.) to apko usi ko bahr ke upload kar dena hai.
Online process done... now when it comes to sending docs via speed post.. there are only 2 docs mentioned in the receipt which needs to be sent out.. one is original NOC, second is original Form 35 attested by bank n owner.. it doesnt say any where that u need to send ur original RC as well with these 2 docs??? My 2nd question is what happens if the RC gets undelivered on the address which is mentioned on my RC.. is there any procedure to collect it from RTO?

Hi.. I have moved to Noida now, can I use that for delhi vehicle ( i was in Delhi when purchased this vehicle).. Problem is RC conatian the address of Delhi.. And Adahar card its now Noida UP.. I got NOC and Form 35 .. So can I use for hypothecation removal? If adhar can not be used due to different state address from RC any other way?? 😊 or should be ok to use adhar
Aap apply kar skte hain, apki rc usi address pe jayegi jo address pahle se rc pe mention hai, aadhar card me address alag hone se mujhe nahi lagta koai problem hogi.
You can not use the same Adhaar card. The Delhi Parivahan portal won't accept Adhar from another state. Your only option is to change the address on Adhar to Delhi and note that RC will be dispatched to Adhar address only. OR you pay some RTO consultant and they will get it done in do number. Their fee varies from 3 to 4k.
Sir mujhe true value se gaadi leni hai govt bank se loan leke but RC par HP hai. True value walo ke paas noc available hai but bank wale without HP RC maang rahe hai, kya noc hone par govt bank loan dete hai?
Brd. Govt. Bank loan dete hain, lekin Govt. Bank se loan paas karwane ke liye pahle apko purani wali RC se loan hatwana padega aur agar vehicle par pahle se loan hoga to dobara loan nahi hoga.

I think we need to only send- a) E-Receipt b) Form 35 Original.. Anything else to be sent like Aadhar Card Copy.... Also my address was changed from Delhi to Ghaziabad in Aadhar Card so I hope it gets delivered to my Ghaziabad address.

Aap dono ak sath apply kar sakte the, lekin abhi aap wait kijiye agar apka ye application hold ho jata hai to aap Hypothecation Termination ke apply kar dena nahi to ownership transfer complete hone ke baad karna.

I think we need to only send- a) E-Receipt b) Form 35 Original.. Anything else to be sent like Aadhar Card Copy.... Also my address was changed from Delhi to Ghaziabad in Aadhar Card so I hope it gets delivered to my Ghaziabad address.
