This is the best song from them in my opinion. I think it’s cool that in the anime this was the first song that Honoka, Kotori, and Umi wrote and performed together and that they later redid it as a group of 9. As such I consider this their main song.

So glad I became a Love Live fan. Start Dash is one of my favorite songs that muse has performed. Seeing them performing this song as a group in the season 1 finale just puts a smile on my face and made me emotional.

In J-pop the vii° is used regularly. "Natte Shimatta" and some other LL songs have very prominent use of the diatonic vii° chord. I'm pretty sure I've seen that chord in western pop, too.
When I feel down and lost, I listen to this song and it gives me so much hope..
