Try bartending the money is faster. I used to serve at Longhorn before I became a bartender. I made ok money but now I'm making way more and doing way less. Longhorn is a great restaurant to work for. The money is there, plus it's fun and exciting day to day.

I'll be working as a host at outback it's 5 an hour plus a percentage of the tips and everyone told me it will average out to 13 or 14 an hour I worked at red robin only made 10 an hour no tips so im feeling optimistic at least

If you have long hair you can put it in a ponytail while working and for the nails it doesn’t really matter as long as it’s you could work with it, if you ever get double sat I’ll advise you to just let the table know you’ll be right with them just don’t have them sitting down waiting for a long time Communication is key .
