I think you guys did a bang up job. A little suggestion. If you are done making the strips, flour them and then clump them. With a tong, grab the middle of the bundle and twist it. It should curl up and when cooked, it will easier to get it into the plate and won't be ridiculously long when eaten.

Gawd, you two are so adorable! How about " Our Color Coded Cooking Show" for a title? I hope you guys read this because it is important. I'm a retired firefighter, and as such I must tell you , I think youi might have a wiring problem in your apartment. I noticed the lights in the back of you flickering when you were using the food processor. That shouldn't happen. Please get it checked, post haste!
I saw the same thing & came to comment on it. I'm not a firefighter but I'm very paranoid about such things.

Oh that was fun lets do it again. After you eat homemade paste you will never go back to pkg pasta , looks delicious. Taylor said a cup and a half of salmonella flour. You two are perfect together and Jeff your hair looks really good, Taylor did well. Taylor's hair always looks good. love you guys

For garlic cloves, you can put the cloves in a cup with a lid and just shake and it will unpeel
