To be honest, here in Italy pizza with no toppings it's called Pizza Bianca, just some olive oil and salt, maybe rosemary and it's delicious! You can eat it with other things too, like ham, etc. And the variant with only tomato sauce(+oil and oregano) it's called Pizza Marinara, which is like one of the historical Italian pizza together with Margherita, and it's super good!
