Maybe they should board from both ends. Board first class front the front t end. Because you know front seats. And second class from the back end of the plane, because second section of the plane and two doors. Half the time for boarding.
Would love to see The Austin Show on as a guest more. LOVED the chemistry and bonding! Want to see how this re - founded relationship blossoms. Please lift the ban on Austin ONLY! ❤
As a regular Fear& watcher i swear that these two episodes on Fear& and I've had it are absolute gas. Can we get a yearly collab please. Also, Austin will do anything for attention so watch out for the yearly Austinshow appearance on I've had it for the rest of eternity.
Here because of the Fear& episode and I’m locked in. These women absolutely kill me. This relationship developing with the Fear& cast is incredible. Can’t wait for QT to meet them.
My mom is disabled and we are frequently waiting for her wheelchair to arrive after most people have left the plane. If there are multiple people who need wheelchairs, it is unusual that all of the wheelchairs and handlers are available and ready to take everyone to the next gate when we land. So that is, actually, a huge reason you aren't going to see as many wheelchairs when you are walking off than when you were walking on the plane. Another reason is that people might need extra help when they have to catch a flight but might not need one when they land. They may have trouble walking/getting to their journey but when they aren't in a rush to make it to a location and don't have to go through security or make a layover and can take their time, they don't need a wheelchair or assistance.
Yep! My grandmother has a walker and can wait to board in a chair, especially since our hometown’s airport is tiny. But she can’t walk to her connecting flight or to baggage claim after a flight, even a short one. So we get her a wheelchair. It has seriously helped us get to connecting flights because someone pushes her for us.
@@catgrrr1 Exactly! During some periods of my mom’s life, she could get by with her cane or walker (if she had plenty of time) in a small airport but she would not be able to navigate LAX or another international airport without a wheelchair. It can be frustrating how much able-bodied people are ready to look for people “faking” disabilities to “take advantage of the perks” (so they say). I think we have to start at distancing ourself from the mindset, it’s too dangerous and people don’t have enough information. I see it a lot about service dogs too. A bunch of people don’t know that service dogs don’t have to be a specific breed and I have seen people use that as a mechanism to judge disability in others.
Yeah, my grandma used a walker so when flying we'd get her a wheelchair and sometimes they'd even give her a ride in a golf cart so she could make the connecting flight, but when we would get to our home airport she would just use her walker because there wasn't a rush and it was a short distance to baggage claim and then we'd bring the car right up to the door.
PSA about the wheelchair thing- Not everyone who uses a wheelchair needs it 24/7. Many people who use them CAN walk, but it can be painful or really draining. Sometimes folks have their condition flare up and it makes mobility really difficult, and maybe the next day they just need a cane or no assistance at all. Disability isn't so black and white! Everyone's level of required assistance is different and it isn't always consistent :)
Plus, the time it could take someone who is able to walk, yet only at a snail's pace. There are several opinions they've expressed that had that been the only "Had it" I'd ever heard from them, I couldn't shut off "Karen" fast enough. Especially the slow walkers Had it . That is likely the best walking they have ever had. THAT was a true Karen moment. Yet I've seen enough of them now that between the two of them, they have some good trouble to get into that far outweighs some of the knocks from the elitist talk. Ymmv

Can we just talk about how Hasan is explaining his acronyms like a good, socially-responsible Millennial? Now if we could get all of them to do the same! I've had it with acronyms!
Couples that don't live with partner yet, HAVE YOUR OWN BEDROOM! If it's in your budget have that extra space for yourself. My partner and I have our own rooms. We've been together 16 years and it's worked so well. We sleep with each other whenever we want or need to, but we have our own spaces to decorate, our own spaces to game in, our own closets. It's also nice when one of us is up till 3 am and the other one has to be up at 6am to just have our own space to end the night in without bothering the sleeping one. It probably helps we were sheltered only children so we NEVER had to share spaces or toys or really much of anything until we moved in together, i think our upbringing made it feel natural for us to have our own spaces as adults.
I personally love it. We do get a lot of people judging us but it works so well for us. My partner and I have different taste in decor, we have different sleep schedules, we both have a lot of clothing. If we tried sharing a room full time our quality of life would drastically change and our goal is to be happy as much as possible so we just let people think we never sleep together and hate each other because so many just don't get it. @@nunpho
Thanks to Hasan and Fear& for introducing me to you ladies. I listened to the Podcast on Spotify, and then rewatched the entire thing here. Big smile on my face the entire time. New fan.

I'm a preboarder but i'm autistic with high anxiety and i'm dyslexic and i struggle to read signs especially under duress and i don't understand how airports work and it freaks me out so i'm one of those people that preboard because I've been harrassed and bullied by other people for just asking for help and clarification because I don't "look" disabled. But i can tell you i very much am disabled and ready to have a meltdown and go nonverbal at almost any freaking moment, sooo be mindfull that some disabilities look invisable. however that sucks that people are exploiting it.
@helenarce2966 it's hard. Last time getting in line I didn't understand to board I asked a woman In front of me a question and her husband turned around and said "are you (R slur) or something? Read the sign." And then I started crying and I said I was autistic and it was my first time flying and I had to do it alone. His wife apologized he just scoffed. Literally still traumatized to this day and I still don't know how it works. 😕 I just remembered having an internal panic attack the whole 2 hour flight back. Trying to not look like I was crying squeezed between two people. I hope you or your son never have to experience that.
@artpotato9838 have you heard about the sunflower lanyard? Please look into it if you haven't, so many airports use it nowadays. I'm so sorry people are so mean.

My mom has a major spinal cord injury that she has lived with for 20 plus years now. She gets the dirtiest looks from people who don't believe she is handicapped because she looks like she is in her forties and couldn't possibly need a wheelchair/handicap access. She has had older women and men actually come up to her and ask what is wrong with her. This happens the most in airports. I'm fed up with people for nosiness but also people who fake it and make it worse for people who actually are handicap.
