What I love the most besides the fact that she is changing lives, is how gentle she is. Even when she has to cut or shave the hair that they do have, it is done in a loving and caring manner! I’ve stopped watching other “miracle” workers, just because I would cringe every time they would paw and grab at the hair as they cut off unneeded hair, as if it means nothing to the client. Sounds weird, but something small like that makes a difference❤
