I loved this video. I’ve been so stressed this week and I just realized that these clean indie skincare videos where ppl are just talking about what they use just calms me. I love skincare. And I esp love indie clean smaller batch skincare. I think knowing what great products they are just somehow soothe me.
This was such an excellent video for a slow Saturday morning; loved spending it with you and listening to you talk through your routines! There are so many items on my wishlist now 🙈 Beyond curious about the Fine night mask, and the 5yina mask sounds fantastic and right up my alley. It's always so fun to hear you talk about items from brands you truly love, Trish!!
Oh my gosh! I made my first purchase from Luna Roots a few weeks ago. I’ve only heard one other person talk about them! Also, the lip whips are a huge hit for me, too.
I’m really looking forward to the December box from Boxwalla and the Live Botanical Barrier Balm. Live Botanical and Earthwise Beauty make my favorite skincare products!
I really enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing Trish! I love seeing which products you are using. You have exposed me to so many new brands that I do not see on most of the major clean beauty retailers. I am looking forward to receiving my December Boxwalla box and trying the Barrier balm. I love both of the brands featured in the box. Hope you are doing well and staying safe 😊
Thank you and I'm so glad!! I need to delve into the Bluh Alchemy products, but so far I really like the vitamin c serum. And as you know....LB Barrier Balm in my BAE :)
Thanks as always for another lovely skin chat. 🥰 I definitely will be putting in some orders with Live Botanical and 5yina over the holiday season. And thank you for highlighting an indigenous brand! I will definitely be checking Quw'utsun' Made out as well.
Quw'utsun' Made is still having a sale I think, I ordered more of their cedar lotion, it's amazing! And then 5Yina has their F+F sale going on, now through 11/30. Code FF2020 :)
I really love cbd too and am so tempted with the clean beauty box but I have so many creams and I only have one face. I have been getting maskne- do you have a recommendation for that? I’m 42 and normally don’t get too many zits but my chin area is terrible.
As for maskne, I have found for my skin, less product is better. If I am working and need to have my mask on all day, I don't use foundation or SPF on the mask area. I will also put a thin layer of LB Barrier Balm on that area as well. If I get a blemish, I will put azelaic acid on it which I have found to be amazing! I have a generic Rx that has 15% azelaic acid, but I think The Ordinary has a cream with 10%. I read somewhere that silk masks are the best for skin health, so I try to wear that on non-work days.
@@thevagabondtribune6803 It absorbs. But that's after applying toners, serums etc. Haven't tried it on dry skin. And it's a balm, so it's not going to sink in like a cream, but as far as balms go it's not greasy like others can be

So I'm waiting for the Clean Beauty Box ft. Prima to go live. Will post it as soon as it's up!!
Here it is: bit.ly/38zk0EJ
It's also listed in the description box :)

Is that Live Botanical balm like the JR Vital Balm or the May Lindstrom Blue Cocoon, in that it's really just pressed oil?
Hmmm, not sure what you mean by pressed oil. I know she whips it for many hours if not days.
@@TrishV1 is it just oily and doesn't absorb?
