On this board we have one antenna that is being used by the nRF5340 multiprotocol SoC. This will be used for example for Bluetooth Low Energy, Thread, Zigbee. And then we have a 2nd antenna that is being used by the nRF7002 Wi-Fi 6 companion IC for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. This is not the only way you could do it in your own designs. Versions with one shared antenna for everything to save on PCB space or cost is possible. You could also use 3 different ones for best RF performance. It all depends on what you want to achieve.

The two antenna are not 2.4.and 5. One antenna is a dual band antenna for wifi for the 7002 The other is the BT LE for the 53
