I fault her for not discussing with her hubby about how she will sort the rent issues in the beginning, but i fault her husband more for not bothering to ask her how she will raise the rent, he has been staying comfortably while the lady did for their comfort. Life is what works versus what doesn't, things happen but she's genuine.
