    Sir V-belt drive mei, why we have taken included angle as (2*Beta), instead of only (Beta) ?

      You can take beta but in the final result you will get b/2.. so to remove that it has been taken 2b

    sir when u taught us concept of car turning on a road u said that there is no physical meaning of centrifugal force it is just an imaginary force to make moving object stationary so that we can apply equilibrium equation but today in case of belt and pulley drive why we are considering centrifugal force effect to calculate power or tension if it is an imaginary force?

      For the same reason we use it in other places i.e for making calculations easier
