I know right! I remember Naoko Takeuchi said that she didn’t want a big battle between the Sailor Guardians and Galaxia because she wanted to show everyone that each scout could stand alone and fight but also show that there’s someone out there stronger than they are. She also wanted to have galaxia attack Pluto and Saturn because outside of Sailor Moon those two are the strongest of the Sailor Guardians. Still sucks though
