So what is happening is that the backup folder has no "info, both manifest" files. Is it because of Apple Devices and should I install iTunes again? if your computer is out of storage's space, this may happen, try to check it an free up some storage; or if your "info" file was modified, try to open it again and see if you changed it worngly before
Not a problem , just remember to do the step 4(modify the backup) you can do it just after packing up your data, try to modify the back up before the downgrade process and see if you can do the modified process in MacBook, if that works, then you can try the downgrade process.
