1- lifetime maps update?
2- Is it possible to use this 86 version in Europe. 86 version is available in Hungary? please send me the links.
And how about the battery backup for the 86 version?
How to update all European countries maps? Please make a video about installation and how to use the camera.
I have a Garmin Drive Smart 86. Straight out of the box, it won't update while connected to wifi. It always says server off-line. I connect it to my computer, use the app, it connect to my devise and still doesn't update. Tons of people online seem to be having the same problem..
Fantastic video! Make a change please. Only use one finger to touch screen activity, fold the other 4 inside your palm, it is less confusion to see where you touch! Seriously!
How do you get the map to show the colored so on the left and real time road view on the right?

Just a comment, a lot of the times when I look for reviews for GPS and dash cams I look to see if their mounts will work with my car. In my Mini Cooper I don’t have the same space as with a normal vehicle. Would be nice to see how these things mount and how much space they take up. Thank you

my go to sat nav a Garmin Nuvi 255.Has decided to throw a wobbly .the screen is functioning but doesn't show the keyboard . where to is not possible . It was ok for a recent road trip. of 90 km .
Hi, Thanks for the video. The History icon is missing on the 86 (I recently purchased this unit). Has it been removed or needs to be installed?
The route path almost completely obscures the traffic on my 86. That was not the case on my previous models.

I was asking myself the same question. They haven't really updated their device technology in years. I have the 65 and haven't used it in years because it's slow compared to my phone. Thought by now they had something new but here we are...

Nothing I hate more than driver alerts covering the address banner. There should be a way to turn them off.

Is it worth it if my car is equipped of infotainment that supports carplay?
So to answer. Yes. I have same thing. And I use maps and wave. I love the wake because of traffic updates and reporting. But and bug but I notice the accuracy way way better on Garmin. Now if you in a city all the time you can get by on phone. Once out side city it kills the CarPlay. Directions are also way better.
