I totally agree with u .I wish he"ll never ridiculed by his team because of his singing cuz he is very talented .I wish he will sing solo with a guitar .TO BE HONEST....he is the only reason why im listening to this kind of music .But right now it gets slowly in my system.
When he was telling S. coups what to do in the recording room and that casual-ish singing sounded so perfect... he should do more vocal parts not just rapping 😍😍😍

I feel like Sol's vocals are very underrated, because he thought his singing wasn't that good at the beggining (totally blaming the judges in the first clip, who would say something so mean to a literal child? Those people shouldn't even be in a children show. They lack tact to handle them 😑) and just sang badly on purpose to make ppl laugh, and maybe he's not your usual DK or Seungkwan in hitting high notes, but he's got a really nice vocal range and he's recently showing that he's training his voice. I love his singing because it's so soothing and nice, and I'm extremely proud of how far he's come in this journey ❤
vocal range standards in korea are actually pretty high compared to western ones. he could be a good singer if he wasn't so self concious about his singing abilities (might be the hardest part to overcome) and if he sang songs that were actually for his vocal range! he's rarely off key
