I really hope Jan comes back, she could be a really interesting re-occuring antagonist. Especially as Lazslo, Nadja and Colin didn't meet her and who knows if Nandor has broken free of the cult conditioning. Plus, I don't think Guillermo would see Jan as truly evil, just someone who lured Nandor away.
The actress played this kind of manipulative and scary but also sad and pathetic person really well. I wouldn't mind seeing her as an antagonist again or even with more character development.

They also are forbidden to use powers, and pull out their fangs. They do seem eager to kill Guillermo. May just be a plot hole writers didnt want to deal with as it could ruin the joke. They also dont show their slumber, but it is implied their routines take place at night in the montage.
