I really like your hack videos. It's hard finding new ones without browsing through walls of text in forums, wondering if they're any good or not. You show just enough to make me want to play them without spoiling anything at all
Super Mario Bros Crossover is my favorite.
Not my favorite, but it was amazing for it's time and still is. I always played Link, just cause he was a fun character and had many versatile tools.

It makes me so happy that someone else actually knows about Super Mario Land 2. That was the first Mario game I ever played and actually the first game I ever completed. I mean, going back it is really easy, but it certainly was one of my favorites as a kid. Also, that game has like four characters from other Mario games, which makes it all the more interesting. I would certainly love to see a video about that game at some point.

9:03 - That Mario sprite is an 8-bit version of the one in M&L Superstar Saga
'New Mario Bros.' is simply a graphical reskin of 'Mario Bros. Classic', released for the NES in Europe, based on 'Kaettekita Mario Bros.' for the FDS. The more-modern physics are present in both of those games. Both of those have graphics and intros based closer to the arcade version.
The new graphics on that hack, are quite well-done, though.

Great video, and I'm really looking forward to the SM64-hacking video =) I hope you include all the major important romhacks like *Missing Stars* (first big hack), *SM74* (first full hack with over 120 stars), *Star Road* (probably still the best SM64-hack), *Green Stars* (another really good hack), *Last Impact* (the hack with the most programming put into it) and *SM74: Extreme Edition* (the probably hardest ROM-hack with very unique levels)

The first A Koopa's Revenge was a part of my childhood. I haven't played the second game though, but it looks cool.
The second game is amazing, and yeah I guess he could possibly make time for fangames. (since AKR2 isn't a ROM hack)

In case if you also don't know about ICP and where the stick figure and ninja came from, here's some help. the stick figure is the hatchet man, who is one of the many icons for ICP. The ninja is the Magic Ninja, a sorta main character in ICP's movie "Big Money Hustlas". I hope I helped!
2:27-the stick figure is the guy from the Psychopathic Records logo, Psychopathic Records is an independent Record Label that is best known for ICP, as for the Ninja I have no idea

This isn’t necessarily related to the video (To Mario at least lol), but I love how you have a Monokuma pearler bead thing as well as an All Might POP Figure (as well as the Ace Attorney poster and the Miles Edgeworth manga you have/had)

Honestly, I think SMW Odyssey is an awesome idea. If they could get some of the glitchiness out of it, I think the cappy addition makes it a totally new way to experience each level...

Super mario crossover is great, i played it like 5 years ago when you could only use different characters, i love how theyve been slowly adding more and more features and characters, really well done. my favorite to use was sophia the 3rd because the flower made her OP and it can climb up walls
I always told myself to make a rick, kine, and coo out of perler beads but never got around to it. Seeing the decorations in your office always remind me.

Sadly no, it does not. Antdude played the 7th demo of Super kitiku Mario. Here it just spells Super Mario World.
This outdated demo was basically... Well, a demo. No custom music, no endgame and for some reason, no title screen.

to be fair, the actual mario 2 was basically a rom hack of the first one
Mario 2 is a rom hack of Doki Doki Panic, and by some reason the abilities became official for other mario games like Super Mario 3D world.
Doki Doki Panic was actually going to be Super Mario Bros 2 in all countries but due to a temporary collaboration with the company that made the DDP characters it had to be reworked. Eventually Nintendo's original vision was able to surface in Japan as Super Mario USA. I'm not sure if this is true now, but that _is_ how I remember _hearing_ it.
What about Super Mario RPG?

You should play Mari0, it's the original Mario, but with portals. It's super fun to screw around with portals and exploit walls and ceilings with them, not to mention a couple of extra features if you explore the functions enough. There's even a level editor where you can use assets from both Mario and Portal for some really cool puzzles and challenges.

Also New Mario Bros is a hack of Mario Bros Classic, which itself was a Nintendo hack of Mario Bros released only in the PAL region with some sprite updates and improved controls based on the ones used in Kaiketsu Mario Bros

Dude I love Mario Crossover! I played that on the library computers before class in middle school so much!
I played SMB Crossover hundreds of times ever since it first came out in 2010, when it had no skins and only 6 characters. I pretty much witnessed every update the game had over time. Glad to see it in this video.
