Yester ip is 192.168.10.5 you put in PC is 192.168.5.10 then how its cammunicate

if we just use phone for intercom..is it possible config without IP-PBX ? so only the Ip-phone call to another Ip-phone via switch ?

Yes, two SIP phones can communicate by dialing IP address. For more that 2 SIP phones you need server/PBX.
