What she did was just be quiet and then leave which is really immature. What she said might be right that they felt left out etc etc so i feel both sides should have communicated.

As usual I too decided to workout consistently and keep myself fit this year. But I wasn't really able to keep up with it. Even today I felt a bit tired and thought of taking a day off. And then your post showed up, like an angel. I was totally inspired by the idea of 'moving your body every day'. I wasn't in the mood to work out today, but I took your advice and decided to take a walk. Guess what I walked for 45 mins straight. I honestly don't think anything or anyone motivates me like you do. All I can say is you do influence me to do all the right things in life. Lovee you🤍

you are really inconsistent with your work, I am talking about TH-cam, a lot of people don’t have the leverage to do that, people in creative fields take it relatively lightly after they reach a certain level but the truth is everyone should show up, people are struggling mentally and lot of them don’t really have the luxuries like you guys are blessed with, it’s not cool for you to not put up content and not show up and reason out mental health every single time, sometimes it’s just not justified.
