wow great video. The big 4 tiered pagoda palace at 8:18 in from Patan Durbar Square and you can see it being reconstructed at the left side in 4:43. It wasn't destroyed during the earthquake but there were damages to it structurally and could fall easily in future earthquakes so they decided to destroy the top 3 pagoda levels and reconstruct with stable structure just about a year ago

Also you get the view at 8:19 of that pagoda (when its standing in its full glory) when you walk and look at north direction on the street from Lagankhel bus park to Patan Durbar Square

Fantastic recreation of the scenes... the only CGI and stage shot of Kathmandu in Doctor Strange was inside of Kamar-taj and the narrow road outside of Kamar-Taj which I believe was shot at Longcross Film Studios in London
