    Very nice! I saw you using one of these a short while back and couldn't find them anywhere so it is nice to see they are a recent product release.

      Yes I have been using this one for a few months now. As you can imagine we need to test these products for a while before we release them. Let us know if you want to try them out and I will get the guys in the office to send some out to you if you like.

    I would love to change the gauges on my inline and 360 core regs to these but i missed out on the first stock drop and now it sucks that these will be out of stock for months.

    • @KegLand
      @KegLand  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes I am sorry. This Core 360 has been way more popular that we expected and we are trying to spred the stock amongst all the international distributors so they are hard to get. We are ramping up production though and hopefully you can get one soon.

    To screw this into my spunding valve, am I supposed to remove the nuts and leave them off? Doesn't look like there will be nearly enough bolt to hold it on with those nuts on there-- like no threads.

    I accidentally held down the red button while using as spunding valve and PSI zeroed out. What did I do and what is the proper calibration procedure? Thank you.

    I'd love to see a full size reg with digital presure gauge and even digital bottle capacity gauge, the gauges on all regs no matter the brand, are fragile and Inaccurate. Could you place this digital gauge with a duotight fitting in place of the presure gauge?

  • @pablorodriguezveas7686
    @pablorodriguezveas7686 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I bought one of these a few weeks ago and tonight tried to fit into a Core 360...
    It doesn't fit!
    Too tight a fit and the screen goes all stupid, I tried lubricating the yellow seal but that didn't help. In the end I took the seal off all together and still had to file down the sides of the gauge to get it to fit in the hole.
    Terrible QA Kegland

    • @KegLand
      @KegLand  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Can you please contact our customer support team. I think some of the older Core 360 units were manufactured before the digital gauge existed but we have now made all the stock compatible. Sounds like you may have got one of the older Core360 units somehow.

    The illumination seems to stay on far longer than you need it to. Cutting that back would save a heap of battery.

    • @KegLand
      @KegLand  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      How many seconds do you thinkg you would prefer the illumination to come on?

    • @fifis101

    • @KegLand
      @KegLand  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@fifis101 Ok I will talk to the others about revising this illumination time. I must say I rarely use the illumination and 99% of the time find the standard gauge is perfectly readable but we still should do whatever we can to optimise the battery consumption.

    Is the digital readout 0.0? Meaning to the 10th psi or is it just whole psi?

    • @KegLand
      @KegLand  ปีที่แล้ว

  • @charleskirk2237

    Is the part number r the same for both the digital gauges? I only saw the one for the push in one and not the one for the regulators.

    • @KegLand
      @KegLand  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The part numbers are different for each type so you must select the correct unit to use with regulator or with duotight push in fittings.

  • @karmdoon49

    I drop my core 360 reg into the esky with the 8l pet keg and it gets immersed... and cold. Are these digital gauges water proof to the point where you could put them in 2 or 3 inches of ice water without death? I guess its only $13 to find out!

    • @KegLand
      @KegLand  ปีที่แล้ว

      Most parts of the regulator would be fine. The gauge may not survive. They are not really designed to be immersed but the main chip is pot set. As long as it didnt get too corroded you might be ok

  • @lachlanbowden1
    @lachlanbowden1 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    G'day, I have the core 360 mini reg, and love it. One thing I've noticed is the needle jumps around on it, to fix this I tend to dial in a pressure, and release the prv to re-establish the pressure, which gives me a more accurate reading, is this the analogue guage being difficult, or would a digital guage fix this very minor issue?

    • @KegLand
      @KegLand  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes absolutely. This is exactly the issue with the analogue gauges. If you upgrade to a digital guage this will solve that problem.

  • @James-sf5bb
    @James-sf5bb 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Great concept I like the idea of these.
    But ultimately what you’re saying is, the older analogue ones you’ve sold us all are shit? and we need to buy these more accurate ones?

    • @KegLand
      @KegLand  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I would say ALL very small gauges of the same size have the same limitations of in accuracy. This has been the same for not only us but every mini regulator supplier in the world. I have a 10 year old computer and this is also not as good as the ones sold today. As technology improves we can strive to simply make better products and we are dedicated to do this. I sometimes wonder why some other guage manufacture has not already done this but despite extensive searching we could not find an off the shelf gauge to do the job so we had to go with the analogue ones through no other option.
      The digital gauges are more expensive than the analogue gauges and many customers who do not need the additional accuracy will find the analogue ones fine. With that said customers who have the additional money to spend on more accurate equipment now have another option that simply did not exist before.
      We are not afraid to talk about the limitations of our own products openly and some customers might find it strange for us to openly tell customers openly about these limitations but in order to really understand what you are purchasing I think it's important for us to openly talk about this.
